When implementing a new system it is key to identify your requirements and map those to how the product(s) you are considering match the needs of your firm. I can help you with that process as well as mapping out the plan to get the new system implemented in the quickest and least disruptive manner possible.

Planning and implementing new systems is something I'm very familiar with and can do for you. This also includes getting the system configured to accomplish your goals, and leaving you or your staff with an understanding of how to manage the system on an ongoing basis.

Moving from one platform or server to another can appear to be a daunting task but is something I've done many times. The same with moving from an old firewall to a new, or changing out storage, or network equipment. The key to success in this is having a good plan and moving at a pace that fits the plan.

Often there isn't enough time in the day to get to less urgent tasks and over time this builds up into a mountain of technical debt. While you take care of the day to day work I can be a dedicated resource to target the most pressing technology related tasks that have been put off.

As a certified trainer for Palo Alto Networks I had the opportunity to teach dozens and dozens of engineers how to use their firewalls to the utmost. I bring that training skillset to different technologies, typically with a focus on showing system administrators or network engineers how to get the most from their systems.

My services here are to create documentation that makes sense for you, for your staff, so that you understand how to use and maintain your systems. This will be written at a level of detail that meets your expectations.
